Beta-Numeric

The Beta-Numeric code is strongly based on the Alpha-Numeric code, using the same system, but offsetting all values by one to increase the difficulty of an intruder trying to gain access to the contents of the message. Anyone alternating between these codes should pre-determine some sort of system of identifying which system is being used, just don't make it too obvious.
