BiEpsilon-Numeric

Most code-cracking techniques rely on the fact that "E" is the most common letter in the English alphabet. BiEpsilon-Numeric is based on Alpha-Numeric, but features two characters, each of which can represent an "e". This way, any symbol representing the e will rarely be the most common, which makes the code much more difficult to crack.
